1. Services Provided
Amekr provides custom software engineering, Shopify Liquid theme development, headless e-commerce, WordPress & WooCommerce development, mobile app development, UI/UX design, and speed & QA auditing.
2. Fixed-Scope Pricing & Delivery
All custom engineering contracts are quoted on a transparent fixed-scope basis. Before work begins, both parties agree to a project specification outlining exact features, deliverables, timelines, and payment milestones.
3. 100% Code & Asset Ownership
Upon completion of contract payment, 100% ownership of all created source code, Liquid sections, React components, Figma design files, and mobile app repositories transfers to the client. You own your software outright with zero recurring subscription lock-ins from Amekr.
4. Post-Launch Warranty & Support
Every fixed-scope project includes a 30-day post-launch warranty covering bug fixes and unexpected layout regressions stemming from the delivered code scope.
5. Client Responsibilities & Staging
Clients agree to provide required access (e.g. Shopify collaborator access, Figma review access) and timely feedback. Amekr conducts all development on staging environments or draft themes to ensure zero disruption to live customer traffic.
